have achieved our main objective: integrating equality into the company culture, improving the work environment.<\/p>\n<p>We guarantee that women and men have the same opportunities to access participation and permanence in all company management practices.<\/p>\n<p>We create an internal culture of Equality, training and creating figures of change agents within the organization so that the employees themselves are drivers of significant changes on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>Four Equality Plans in nine years.<\/p>\n<p>Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas signed its first Equality Plan in 2011, the second in 2015 and the third in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>We currently have the IV Equal Opportunities Plan between Women and Men of the Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas Group after a successful negotiation period, which is signed on June 1, 2023.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-199dbce elementor-widget
