Following the winding up of Conergy Espa\u00f1a<\/a>, Eiffage Energ\u00eda successfully bid at public auction for the transfer of six O&M contracts for PV energy installations.<\/p>\n

In July 2013, the parent company of the Conergy group entered into an arrangement with creditors<\/p>\n

forcing the insolvency of the Spanish subsidiary in February 2014. Conergy Espa\u00f1a continued its O&M activity, undertaking its existing contracts with the support of companies such as Eiffage Energ\u00eda as experts in the operation and maintenance of PV plants with Conergy technology. In January 2015, the Courts approved the start of the liquidation proceedings of<\/p>\n

the company and in May 2016 the liquidation plan proposed by the administration was approved, which included the sale of the O&M productive unit.<\/p>\n

Eiffage Energ\u00eda has thus taken over the activity of the now defunct Conergy, as regards O&M, with more than 30MW<\/strong> in PV plants distributed throughout the provinces of Albacete, Ciudad Real, Granada and the Canary Islands<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The company will also continue to offer after-sales service for Conergy products, having acquired the stock of spares from Conergy Espa\u00f1a. This has increased the O&M portfolio of the company, which represents an increase of \u20ac7m<\/strong> in this type of activity.<\/p>\n

Worth noting as part of this portfolio is the El Calaver\u00f3n PV installation of over 20 MW in which Eiffage Energ\u00eda has been implementing O&M tasks under a full-service agreement<\/strong> for the last eight years.<\/p>\n
