With a budget of over 25 million euros, the building covers over 24,000m2, integrated into its height of 17 storeys, offering diaphanous floor areas of 1,800m2. With the works started last June and completion date scheduled for late August 2018, the project is expected to obtain the <strong>LEED Platinum sustainability certification <\/strong>, incorporating technical and finish specifications of the highest quality and energy efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Undoubtedly, this new award is one more step in positioning <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/en\/eiffage-energia\/conscytec\/\">Conscytec, Eiffage Energ\u00eda&#8217;s construction subsidiary<\/a>, as Eiffage&#8217;s benchmark in the sector in Spain.
