Actions and improvements will be developed in regulatory, preventive, conductive, and modification maintenance of Civil works, Electrical Installations, Heating Systems, Plumbing and Sanitation, Water, Energy, Fire Protection, Communications, Street Lighting, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">In addition, as an added value, Eiffage Energ\u00eda incorporates important collaboration of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/eiffage-energia-firma-contrato-mantenimiento-integral-la-universidad-miguel-hernandez-alicante\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: blue;\">maintenance service with the University<\/span><\/strong><\/a> in the management and optimisation of resources and energy, as well as the necessary and sufficient provision of technical means and support materials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">To carry out each one of these functions, we will have more than 40 skilled workers, team leaders, engineers, administrative staff&#8230; and all the human resources necessary for the effective implementation and development of the entire contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The <strong>company&#8217;s maintenance area is in constant evolution<\/strong> thanks to its solid soundness and national establishment with a large complement of added value in all its services, and thanks to all the workers, amongst whom are the engineers, managers and maintenance skilled persons.<\/span>    \t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The area of comprehensive maintenance is one of the main areas for Eiffage Energ\u00eda, as it includes the development of maintenance activities in installations and buildings, energy audits and other specialised services in technical installations.
