{"id":20144,"date":"2019-06-18T08:16:49","date_gmt":"2019-06-18T06:16:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/2019\/06\/18\/conscytec-disena-y-construye-el-coreshell-del-proyecto-de-ampliacion-del-centro-comercial-garbera-en-san-sebastian\/"},"modified":"2022-02-17T15:07:19","modified_gmt":"2022-02-17T15:07:19","slug":"conscytec-is-designing-and-building-the-core-shell-of-the-extension-project-for-the-garbera-shopping-centre-in-san-sebastian","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/en\/2019\/06\/18\/conscytec-is-designing-and-building-the-core-shell-of-the-extension-project-for-the-garbera-shopping-centre-in-san-sebastian\/","title":{"rendered":"Conscytec is designing and building the Core &#038; Shell of the extension project for the Garbera Shopping Centre in San Sebasti\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/eiffage-energia\/conscytec\/\">Conscytec<\/a>, construction subsidiary of Eiffage Energ\u00eda through the Eiffage Garbera UTE (Temporary Union of Companies) formed by Conscytec-Eiffage Energ\u00eda, has designed and is building the Core &amp; Shell (Earthmoving, Foundation and Containment, Structure, Roof, Fa\u00e7ade Enclosure, Sanitation Network and Earthing Network) of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccgarbera.com\/\">Garbera Shopping Centre<\/a>, in San Sebasti\u00e1n, for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, which will become the main comprehensive leisure centre of Guip\u00fazcoa.<\/p>\n<p>The project, which aims to achieve the Breeam Excellent certificate of sustainability and which is managed using <strong>BIM 3D<\/strong>, has a budget of more than 25.5 million euros and is expected to end in 2022, with an extension of the existing Shopping Centre by integrating an adjoining plot of 123,884 square metres.<\/p>\n<p>This extension will entail a gross leasable area of more than 36,170 square metres, 67 commercial premises and 3,360 parking spaces spread over two floors.<\/p>\n<p>In this way, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/eiffage-energia\/\">Eiffage Energ\u00eda<\/a> and its subsidiaries enhance the group\u2019s potential in special building projects which integrate civil engineering and the assembly of all the electrical, mechanical and special<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/lineas-actividad\/instalaciones\/\"> installations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Undoubtedly, this new award is one more step in positioning Conscytec as Eiffage&#8217;s construction benchmark in Spain.
