A trademark that has an impact on our daily decision-making and achievements, and in the long-term, on our unique <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/los-trabajadores-de-eiffage-energia-ya-pueden-adquirir-acciones-de-la-compania\/\">employee share ownership<\/a> plan and on the values that have identified us since the Group was created.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The CEO and Chairman of the Eiffage Group, <strong>Beno\u00eet de Ruffray<\/strong>, used these words to introduce the new code of values to employees, defining Eiffage\u2019s commitment to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/responsabilidad\/politica-de-responsabilidad-social\/\">social<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/responsabilidad\/politica-de-calidad-y-medio-ambiente\/\">environmental responsibility<\/a>, its lean organisation, \u201cthe ability to work together and tackle challenges collectively, our team spirit, involved, loyal, human and united, driven by a desire to innovative and daring to set the wheels in motion.
