Students of a course on Photovoltaic Solar Energy, from the Foundation for Vocational Training FORPRO,<\/a> have been able to learn about the operation of an actual plant in the Sonnedix<\/a>facilities, which Eiffage Energ\u00eda<\/a> maintains on the Romica industrial estate. At Eiffage Energ\u00eda we work for the training of technicians through specific courses for this sector. Vocational training in which it is necessary to have a practical part, with the help of specialised personnel, so that the students are more and better prepared for the jobs market. <\/span> Likewise, we are committed to the recruitment of young people into our work teams, thus integrating them into the jobs market in a sector such as the photovoltaic sector, which is in full development.
