In this interview he talks about the company, its present and future challenges and the sector of Engineering, Assembly, Maintenance and Industrial Services companies, whose association, <a href=\"https:\/\/ademi.com\/\">ADEMI<\/a> he has chaired since September 2021.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/en\/\">Eiffage Energ\u00eda<\/a> and the group of companies that make up ADEMI \u201care capable of making this energy transition because we have the technological capacity to carry it out.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>Regarding energy dependence, Mart\u00ednez explains that with the current scenario we are experiencing in Europe with the situation in Ukraine, \u201cSpain and the European Union have to set up a framework that allows us to achieve energy independence.\u201d In other words, stable legislation must be put in place so that the planned investments do not go into a risk tailspin, to ensure that they are maintained, and that wealth is generated by creating more employment. \u201cIn this way, the Spanish and European economies will continue to grow and the company will continue with its expectations of sustained and sustainable growth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The success of Eiffage Energ\u00eda<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Mart\u00ednez says that Eiffage Energ\u00eda\u2019s success is down to the way we operate.
