{"id":48801,"date":"2022-10-06T10:28:23","date_gmt":"2022-10-06T08:28:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/2022\/10\/06\/energy-efficiency-and-control-system-in-a-student-hall-of-residence\/"},"modified":"2022-10-18T10:05:51","modified_gmt":"2022-10-18T08:05:51","slug":"energy-efficiency-and-control-system-in-a-student-hall-of-residence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/en\/2022\/10\/06\/energy-efficiency-and-control-system-in-a-student-hall-of-residence\/","title":{"rendered":"Energy efficiency and control system in a student hall of residence"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Through our subsidiary\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sgasolutions.es\/\">SGA Solutions\u00ae<\/a> we have installed and commissioned a Building Management System (BMS) for a new student residence, located in the north of the peninsula, which includes the building\u2019s energy management.<\/p>\n\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>IQ VISION<\/strong> software enables the control and automation of all the integrated elements, as well as their monitoring in real time, giving an overview of the status of the facilities.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><em>The proposed BMS handles all of the building\u2019s energy management, and manages and controls the air source heat pump system<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The project aims to provide the building with a comprehensive management system allowing the management and control of all the integrated elements and favouring the energy efficiency of the new student residence.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clean energy generation with an air source heat pump system<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Air source heat pumps<\/strong>\u00a0are one of the most advanced clean energy generation systems at the moment.
