A total of 90 students from the Cayetano Sempere Secondary School have visited the 35 MW Turroneros photovoltaic plant, which we built for\u00a0X-Elio<\/a>\u00a0in Jijona, Alicante. This is X-Elio\u2019s first photovoltaic plant in the Valencian Community.<\/p>\n\n

The students, accompanied by several teachers, wore the appropriate PPE while visiting the facility (safety helmet and reflective waistcoat) to ensure their safety.<\/p>\n\n

Turroneros<\/h3>\n\n

This photovoltaic plant\u00a0produces 65,325 MWh per year<\/strong>,\u00a0avoiding<\/strong>\u00a0the emission of 42,460 tonnes of CO2 per year\u00a0<\/strong>and providing\u00a0clean energy to more than 19,175 households<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Works to prepare the site, and assemble and install the panels generated 382 jobs at the time, and involved a dozen companies from the area.<\/p>\n\n

Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas<\/a>\u00a0is the company in charge of the construction and O&M of several of X-ELIO\u2019s solar farms in Spain and their respective connection substations.<\/p>\n\n

We are one of the leading companies<\/a> in the BOS and EPC construction of photovoltaic facilities in Spain and internationally. Furthermore, it is worth highlighting Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas\u2019 commitment to the execution deadlines for 100% of its projects, which is a guarantee for the photovoltaic developer.<\/p>\n\n

The figures speak for themselves: we are the company that has built the most renewable facilities in\u00a0Spain<\/strong>:\u00a095 solar plants, with an\u00a0<\/strong>installed power\u00a0<\/strong>of\u00a04.7 GW;\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a097 wind farms<\/strong>, with an installed power of\u00a03.5 GW<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

We have currently been contracted for the\u00a0maintenance of almost 5GW<\/strong>\u00a0in Spain and we have\u00a0300 people<\/strong>\u00a0working exclusively on the maintenance of solar farms and high voltage infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n

In addition, we have\u00a0two operational control centres\u00a0<\/strong>dedicated to the monitoring of photovoltaic plants, at which we provide O&M services.<\/p>\n\n
