Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas <\/a>has been awarded the contract for the complete refurbishment of the building at calle Josefa Valc\u00e1rcel 48 in Madrid.<\/p>\n\n

The building, owned by MERLIN Properties<\/a> has a total area of 20,000 m2, distributed on a ground floor + 6 floors above ground and 2 underground floors for parking spaces. The aim is to obtain the Leed Platinum, Well Gold, Carbon Zero and Wiredscore certifications.<\/p>\n\n

It will have extensive landscaped areas; panoramic terraces; a double-height atrium; auxiliary work spaces; and areas for recreation, restaurants and sports facilities.<\/p>\n\n

Landmark building in the A2 business environment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The project was designed by the architecture firm Gaztelu Arquitectos and the installations are by IKDI. Its innovative design is subject to high quality standards, which will position it on the market as a landmark building in the A2 business environment.<\/p>\n\n

This project consolidates the leading position of Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas in major integral refurbishment projects<\/strong> in exclusive buildings. In the same year, the refurbishment of building 1 of the \u00c1TICA Business Complex in Pozuelo de Alarc\u00f3n (Madrid) was also delivered to MERLIN.<\/p>\n\n

New challenge for Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

A new project that poses a challenge to Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas, which involves ensuring excellence under the highest quality standards; the coordination of the different departments; and meeting the deadline agreed with MERLIN, with the strictest safety measures. <\/p>\n\n

It is a project designed to offer advantages, improve the experience and, in short, contribute to the development of the people who work at these facilities.<\/p>\n\n
