Albacete marks the closure of the awareness campaign on workplace safety, run by Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas across various offices in Spain. The aim: to further reinforce our preventive culture.<\/p>\n\n

Launched last year with the General Management and Territorial Management, the campaign targeted the company’s command chain, a crucial element in the company\u2019s preventive structure.<\/p>\n\n

Initially, sessions were held for the Area Directors and Delegates of each department. These were later extended to Group Leaders, Project Managers, and Supervisors.<\/p>\n\n

Ultimately, the sessions managed to reach all levels of intermediate management. These sessions were all attended by Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas’ CEO, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Mart\u00ednez; the Director of Networks and Installations, Domingo Molina S\u00e1nchez; and the Director of Health and Safety<\/a>, Juan Pablo Valverde Romero.<\/p>\n\n

Other actions<\/h3>\n\n

In line with our goal of achieving zero accidents, in January we also started using a new digital tool for drawing up preventive documentation. This tool aims to standardise and facilitate the work of all Prevention Technicians forming part of the Joint Prevention Service.<\/p>\n\n

This will allow Risk Assessments, Work Procedures, Health and Safety Plans, etc., to be drawn up and shared among all the technical prevention staff.<\/p>\n\n

EASY App<\/h3>\n\n

Moreover, it\u2019s noteworthy that in 2023 we continued implementing the EASY App, developed by our parent company,\u00a0Eiffage \u00c9nergie Syst\u00e8mes<\/a>. The app is designed for conducting safety inspections and subsequently handling any detected anomalies. Currently, it is implemented across 60% of Spanish territory.<\/p>\n\n

Additionally, we have developed a mobile app for verifying the correct execution of work in the field. Through images captured by employees, it allows for the real-time and subsequent checking of possible deficiencies in work execution to be rectified immediately or at a later date.<\/p>\n\n

This allows us to continue to improve our occupational accident statistics, with a positive evolution in this area as a result of reinforcing our preventive culture.<\/p>\n\n

We are therefore proud to highlight that, from 2015 to October 2023, the company\u2019s Index of Accidents involving a leave of absence (LFCI) has decreased by 65.63%; the Severity Index (GI) by 35%; and the Total Frequency Index (TFI) by as much as 39.44%.<\/p>\n\n
