This initiative allows all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiffage.com\/en\">Eiffage<\/a> employees in Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Senegal, Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands to become shareholders of the company or, if they are already shareholders, to increase their shareholding.<\/p>\n\n<p>This initiative is made possible by the annual capital increase conducted by the Eiffage Group. The increase is reserved exclusively for its staff and offered under preferential conditions.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201cWe are Sharedoers\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>At the end of 2023, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/en\/\">Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas<\/a> launched the campaign <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/en\/2023\/10\/02\/we-are-sharedoers\/\">\u201cWe are Sharedoers\u201d<\/a> to highlight this initiative. This sets us apart from other business groups and adds to our company&#8217;s ability to make things possible.<\/p>\n\n<p>Through this initiative, Eiffage has developed a strong common identity around shared values. This philosophy undoubtedly contributes to our success. Each share is priced at \u20ac77.57.<\/p>\n\n<p>Eiffage assumes the direct management costs of the stock ownership fund.
