Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas<\/strong><\/a>, through its subsidiary\u00a0Eiffage Conscytec<\/strong><\/a>, has built the new\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Enjoy Wellness<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0Sports Complex<\/strong> in Albacete, designed by architect\u00a0Luis \u00c1lvarez, which was inaugurated last weekend.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This centre, which has already become a local landmark, is the\u00a0largest sports and health club in the city<\/strong>, aimed at offering a holistic experience of sport, wellbeing and health.<\/p>\n\n

The building, with its unique and efficient design, has a\u00a0ground floor, first floor and roof<\/strong>, as well as a large\u00a04,500 m\u00b2 underground car park\u00a0<\/strong>with 146 parking spaces.The facility has more than 2,000 m\u00b2 of multi-purpose and fitness rooms, three swimming pools (one indoor 25 x 12.5 m, one teaching pool and one outdoor pool on the roof); a hydrotherapy area and indoor spa; games room, kids room and vending area; two outdoor padel tennis courts; and outdoor multi-sport courts.<\/p>\n\n

Electrical and mechanical installations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

In addition to the civil engineering,\u00a0Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas has been responsible for the electrical and mechanical installations<\/strong>, with special emphasis on the\u00a0air conditioning and control <\/strong>systems, which are essential to ensure the building\u2019s comfort and energy efficiency.<\/p>\n\n

We installed and supplied 25\u00a0electrical panels<\/strong>\u00a0that will provide service to the entire building; 88\u00a0x 540 MW PV panels<\/strong> on the roof; four\u00a0electric vehicle charging points<\/strong>\u00a0with 22 KW chargers integrated with the building control; medium and low voltage works; and the complete\u00a0fire detection system.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Moreover, our subsidiary SGAC also participated in the project by carrying out the entire control system and Building Management System (BMS). <\/p>\n\n

Commitment to sustainability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

This project also stands out for its commitment to sustainability, as it incorporates\u00a0a photovoltaic self-consumption installation<\/strong>\u00a0to generate part of its energy demand; and for the environmental action carried out during its execution, such as the\u00a0transplanting of 17 trees<\/strong>\u00a0in the playgrounds of the adjoining school.<\/p>\n\n

The centre created\u00a0up to 75 direct jobs during the construction phase<\/strong> and currently employs\u00a035 people<\/strong>\u00a0in its daily operations.<\/p>\n\n
