{"id":78772,"date":"2025-12-15T10:09:14","date_gmt":"2025-12-15T09:09:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/2025\/12\/15\/eiffage-energia-sistemas-participates-in-the-construction-of-iberdrolas-first-photovoltaic-plants-in-the-valencian-community\/"},"modified":"2025-12-15T12:31:53","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T11:31:53","slug":"eiffage-energia-sistemas-participates-in-the-construction-of-iberdrolas-first-photovoltaic-plants-in-the-valencian-community","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/en\/2025\/12\/15\/eiffage-energia-sistemas-participates-in-the-construction-of-iberdrolas-first-photovoltaic-plants-in-the-valencian-community\/","title":{"rendered":"Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas participates in the construction of Iberdrola&#8217;s first photovoltaic plants in the Valencian Community"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iberdrola.es\/\">Iberdrola Spain<\/a> has begun construction of its first two photovoltaic plants in the Valencian Community, which <strong>will have a combined capacity of 366 megawatts (MW). <\/strong>This strategic project, in which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiffageenergiasistemas.com\/en\/\">Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas<\/a> is participating, aims to promote the energy transition, renewable autonomy in the region and local economic development.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas is playing a leading role in its execution, contributing technical expertise and operational capacity in the development of large-scale solar installations. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Cofrentes I (184 MW) <\/strong>and <strong>Ayora 1 (182 MW) <\/strong>farms, located in the province of Valencia, will be key elements of infrastructure in Iberdrola&#8217;s solar expansion plan in eastern Spain.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas&#8217; involvement <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the Ayora PV farm, Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas is involved in the <strong>Renewable Energy<\/strong> area, carrying out the <strong>complete execution of the plant in BOP mode<\/strong>, as well as its 30 kV underground evacuation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ayora plant will become one of the most important PV facilities in the region in terms of capacity, size and technological level. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the Cofrentes plant, Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas is involved in developing essential infrastructure for the evacuation of the energy generated, such as two<strong> 132 kV and 400 kV high-voltage overhead and underground power lines <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This infrastructure will enable the <strong>efficient and safe evacuation <\/strong>of the energy generated by the plant, ensuring its integration into the electricity grid.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Boosting employment and the local productive fabric <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The construction of both plants will have a significant impact in terms of employment and industrial revitalisation in the Ayora-Cofrentes valley.
