Each of the facilities has a capacity of<strong> 165 MWp<\/strong>, making them among the largest solar projects currently under construction in Spain.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p><strong>Full scope of work <\/strong><\/p><\/h3>\n\n<p><p>The project includes comprehensive <strong>engineering and supplies, civil engineering works, electromechanical assembly and commissioning, <\/strong>with final testing and pre-commissioning, ensuring the correct integration of all systems.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p><strong>220 kV step-up substation and energy evacuation <\/strong><\/p><\/h3>\n\n<p><p>The contract also includes the construction of a <strong>conventional 220 kV step-up substation<\/strong>, equipped with: two 220\/30 kV 120\/145 MVA ONAN\/ONAF transformer positions and one 220 kV line position, necessary to evacuate the energy generated by the plants.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p>This facility, which will come into operation in 2027, will be connected via a transmission line to the 220\/400 kV Nueva Valladolid GIS substation, owned by the Spanish power grid <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ree.es\/es\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/www.ree.es\/es\">Red El\u00e9ctrica de Espa\u00f1a<\/a>.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>It is estimated that the renewable energy generated by these plants will prevent the emission of around 124,000 tonnes of CO2 each year, which is equivalent to removing more than 116,000 cars from the roads.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p><strong>Commitment to local development and sustainability <\/strong><\/p><\/h3>\n\n<p><p>During the execution of the project, Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas is promoting the <strong>hiring of local subcontractors <\/strong>and the <strong>creation of jobs in the surrounding areas<\/strong>, contributing to the economic development of the environment and encouraging the activity of local suppliers and businesses.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p>In addition, Valle 3 and 4 will seek to become a model to emulate in sustainability, innovation and rural development, demonstrating that the future of renewable energy lies in bringing together talent and creating value for communities. The project has been awarded the <strong>UNEF Seal of Excellence in Sustainability <\/strong>and includes the implementation of an agrivoltaic pilot project.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p>With this project, Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas reinforces its position as <strong>a leader in EPC solutions for large photovoltaic plants<\/strong>, combining technical capacity, innovation and sustainable
