Together, these plots have a total buildable area of 43,670 m\u00b2, with capacity for approximately 485 new homes.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Electrical installations in non-electrified areas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work involves the complete electrification of Sector 26 &#8220;La Milagrosa&#8221;, completing the <strong>electrical infrastructure <\/strong>that was partially executed in previous phases of the development.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the medium voltage area, the works include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connection to the existing <strong>power grid<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction of the planned transformer stations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptation of the <strong>installations <\/strong>to the technical requirements of the distribution company e-Distribuci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of the infrastructure for subsequent handover to the distributor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for low voltage, an underground <strong>electricity distribution<\/strong> network with a voltage of 230\/400 V will be installed, configured in a ring to ensure greater supply reliability.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The actions will include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installation of underground conduits and inspection cabinets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation of sectional boxes, distribution cabinets and general protection boxes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laying of the necessary cabling for the network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total length of the low voltage network will be approximately 6,700 metres.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vital for the urban development of the area<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is key to the urban development of the area, as the lack of <strong>electrification <\/strong>had been one of the main obstacles to progress in residential construction.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The completion of this work will ensure that the homes currently under construction and those to be built in the future have all the necessary services and infrastructure, especially the electricity supply, which is an essential requirement for the future homes to be put into use.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the City Council, this project is an important step towards boosting activity in the residential sector and promoting the city&#8217;s economic growth.
