Beno\u00eet de Ruffray, Chairman and CEO of the Eiffage Group<\/strong><\/a>, has visited Spain to attend the Encuentro Pa\u00eds<\/strong>\u00a0meeting held at the headquarters of Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas in Albacete, underscoring the country\u2019s strategic importance within the Group.<\/p>\n\n

During his visit, accompanied by Jos\u00e9 Manuel Mart\u00ednez, CEO of the Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas <\/strong>Group<\/a> and Eiffage’s representative in Spain<\/a> and Portugal, he held an official meeting with the President of Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano Garc\u00eda-Page, at the Palacio de Fuensalida<\/a> in Toledo, following a prior appearance before the media.<\/p>\n\n

The meeting was also attended by Christian Cassayre, Chief Financial Officer of the Eiffage Group, and Pedro Antonio Ruiz Santos, Delegate of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha<\/a> in Albacete.<\/p>\n\n

During the meeting, the Group outlined the key points of its 2026\u20132030 strategic plan, which projects sustained growth in both turnover and employment. In this regard, Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas, has set an ambitious target of achieving a turnover of around \u20ac2 billion and a workforce of up to 10,000 people in Castilla-La Mancha, thereby consolidating its role as one of the region\u2019s leading industrial drivers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

This growth will be underpinned by a combination of organic development and strategic acquisitions, with initiatives currently underway at various stages in regions such as Madrid, Toledo, Catalonia, Andalusia, and Spain\u2019s Levante region, which will enable the Group to strengthen its technical and operational capacity in Spain.<\/p>\n\n

The Regional Minister for the Economy, Business and Employment, Patricia Franco Jim\u00e9nez, highlighted the company\u2019s impact on the regional economy, emphasising that Castilla-La Mancha has achieved record figures in foreign investment<\/strong>, with over \u20ac9 billion in fixed assets and more than 75,700 direct jobs linked to international companies, reflecting a stable and business-friendly environment.<\/p>\n\n

As part of this agenda, Beno\u00eet de Ruffray visited the MAD2 data centre <\/strong>campus in San Agust\u00edn del Guadalix to gain first-hand insight into the strategic projects of the Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas<\/strong> Group in Spain.<\/p>\n\n

This project\u00a0under the management of CAP INGELEC<\/a>, involves a campus designed to accommodate four buildings. The company is currently carrying out \u00a0the low- and medium-voltage electrical installations <\/strong>for the second building, as well as the electromechanical assembly of two key substations<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n
