Furthermore, the campaign featured an open-themed category, welcoming any proposal related to the <strong>reuse of materials within the company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><h3><strong>Awards <\/strong><\/h3><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The awards ceremony was attended by Jos\u00e9 Manuel Mart\u00ednez, CEO of Eiffage Energ\u00eda Sistemas and <a href=\"https:\/\/eiffage.es\/\">Eiffage\u2019s delegate for Spain<\/a> and Portugal; Ram\u00f3n Gero, Head of Synergies in the Sustainability and Innovation Department\u00a0 and Patricia Royo, Sustainability and Cross-functional Innovation Engineer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The award-winning employees were: <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><h3><strong>Strategic Plan for Cross-Functional Innovation <\/strong><\/h3><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Sustainability<\/strong> and Cross-Functional Innovation department drives various initiatives within the Strategic Plan for Cross-Functional Innovation to identify new opportunities and projects that can be developed internally.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among these is this participatory <strong>innovation<\/strong> programme, which is open to the entire workforce and focused on addressing specific challenges.
