TIM 22: Eiffage capital increase reserved for Group employees

The people working for Eiffage Energía have the opportunity to form part of the company’s share structure, thanks to the capital increase that the Eiffage Group carries out each year, solely for its employees. Therefore, in 2022 Eiffage  has issued new shares only for people employed by the company, and with preferential conditions: 20% discount on the share price; dividends automatically reinvested in the company’s investment fund (FCPE); advantageous conditions in the Group’s savings plan (PEG); payment facilities, etc. This initiative has been in place for more than 30 years and has enabled Eiffage to develop a strong common identity around the shared values that have contributed to its success.

The subscription period will open on 28 March and end on 19 April. Eiffage assumes the direct management costs of the stock ownership fund. This year, the advance payment that employees can request for purchasing shares in 1200 euros.

This is a traditional shareholding formula, as part of the International Group Savings Plan. A collective savings system that allows each employee to accumulate, with the help of his or her company and on advantageous terms, savings invested in securities (shares, bonds, monetary investments, etc.). Today, more than 80% of people on Eiffage’s workforce are shareholders. This figure demonstrates how committed the staff are to the company, and the company to the staff.

The subscription period will open on March 28 and end on April 19.
