History

2007
Two new companies join the group, Ambitec, specialized in mechanical installations, and Inelbo, specialized in interior installations and maintenance.

2008
Eiffage Energía began the internationalization process with the turnkey construction of the “Amareleja” photovoltaic solar plant in Portugal, considered at that time “the largest and most innovative solar energy project in the world”, with a capacity of 46 Megawatts (MW ).

2011
Eiffage Energía acquires Electra, a company dedicated to the maintenance of High Voltage installations. That same year, the company’s first “Equality Plan” was signed to guarantee the principles of equal opportunities and diversity in work teams.

2012
Eiffage Energía strengthens the internationalization process in Europe, with the turnkey construction of the Pawlowo wind farm located in the Poznan region (Poland).

2013
Eiffage Energía creates the subsidiaries Eiffage Energía Brasil and Eiffage Energía Chile, in view of the company’s growing internationalization process.

2014
Eiffage Energía establishes the subsidiary Eiffage Energía México. In April, Eiffage Energía definitively absorbs Electra.

2015
The Chilean subsidiary of Eiffage Energía is consolidated with the contracting of three new photovoltaic solar plants: Chapeana, Mollacas and Quilapilún, one of the largest photovoltaic plants in Chile.

2018
The Eiffage Energía Group celebrates its 15th Anniversary.
Having a birthday is a confirmation of a job well done. To which is added the experience and commitment of Eiffage Energía. In these years the company has evolved, becoming a benchmark within the sector at a national and international level.

2019
The Eiffage Energía Group inaugurates its Headquarters located in Albacete.

2020
Nunez de Balboa 500 MW. We finished the construction of the largest Photovoltaic Plant in Europe.
