New building management system for Eiffage Energía headquarters

SGA Solutions® is updating the new BMS (Building Management System) of our headquarters in Albacete. The project involves implementing the new management system, as well as the enlargement and integration of the different buildings that make up the entire headquarters into a single system.

The new software implemented is the EcoStruxure BMS of the Schneider Electric brand, which will allow different processes to be integrated under a single control and monitoring platform, offering detailed information in real time and enabling the rapid detection of any type of incident.

The proposed system is a fully scalable solution that will allow the control, automation and management of all processes in real time

Fully integrated BMS

The BMS chosen for the plant is the EcoStruxure Building, capable of connecting to a wide variety of systems, as well as natively supporting the different communication protocols used by the different processes and systems. The software offers a flexible and easy-to-use overview of all building operations and provides easily customisable alarms and reports.

Thanks to the software’s high capabilities, the control and management of the processes and systems of the different buildings that make up the headquarters have been integrated into a single platform.

In this way the EcoStruxure Building software integrates:

  • Energy and water consumption management
  • Headquarters energy management system
  • Fire protection system
  • Blinds control
  • Parking guidance
  • Real-time monitoring of all processes

Energy Efficiency Dashboards

The software also has an important section focused on energy efficiency, providing real-time information on energy consumption and energy generation through the different renewable energy sources available at the headquarters.

This allows for greater energy control of the facilities, as well as easy monitoring of the performance of both the photovoltaic installations and the biomass power plant.

Fully customised visualisation

The EcoStruxure Building software has a fully modular and scalable architecture. This is why it offers a fully customised visualisation from the outset.

The information search and filtering system offers simple and intuitive navigation, speeding up access to data and the resolution of potential problems.

In addition, the software allows information to be accessed remotely via mobile applications.
