Whistleblower Channel

Welcome to the Whistleblower Channel that the Eiffage Energía Sistemas Group places at your disposal to facilitate the confidential communication of irregularities identified in the undertaking of your professional activity and which may entail breaches of external and internal regulations. The Eiffage Energía Sistemas Group is strongly committed to the compliance of legislation, as well as with those undertakings voluntarily assumed in the activities the group carries out, rejecting any conduct that could be considered irregular or contrary thereto. To this end, in compliance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union Law, and Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption has enabled a communication channel where it is possible to report, even anonymously, any risk or non-compliance. This Channel is part of its Internal Information System and it is essential that you are aware of it, as well as of the documents which comprise and implement same: the Internal Information System Policy and the Internal Information System Management Procedure, documents which can be consulted in the links below.

The Eiffage Energía Sistemas Group has appointed a System Manager, who must safeguard the correct management and processing of the communications received. The Manager shall ensure both the protection of the rights of the individual accused of misconduct and the personal data included in the communication.

For further information as regards the System Manager and his/her contact details, please consult Annex I of the Internal Information System Management Procedure.


For the Eiffage Energía Sistemas Group compliance with internal regulations is especially important, therefore, you can likewise report breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Remember that complaints must be in relation to actions or omissions, present or past, concerning breaches of administrative or criminal regulations, or European Union legislation, regional external regulations or the internal regulations applicable to the Eiffage Energía Sistemas Group.

This Channel has a number of guarantees, including notably the confidentiality and the non-disclosed identity of the complainant, the option to make complaints anonymously or the prohibition of reprisals.

This Channel is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from any device.

The Eiffage Energía Sistemas Group appreciates your use of this Channel, as this demonstrates your commitment to transparency, values and ethical principles, generating trust and ensuring continuous improvement in the Eiffage Energía Group and the environment.

* In order to respond to reports regarding sexual harassment, gender-based harassment and sexual violence, these complaints can be made via our Integrity Line or via The handling and investigation of the complaints to which reference is made in the preceding paragraph shall be carried out as set out in our Protocol for the prevention of sexual harassment, gender-based harassment and sexual violence and furthermore, with that stipulated in the Internal Irregularity Alert System Management Procedure.

Likewise, you are hereby advised that you have the right to notify the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I. by its initials in Spanish), or the corresponding regional authorities or bodies, of the commission of any actions or omissions included within the scope of application of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

The Eiffage Energía Sistemas Group will enable in this section an access ink to the A.A.I. at the time of its creation.
