Terminal Units: 18 air conditioning units for air handling and ventilation and 4 roof tops.
Trigeneration installation through exchange of combustion fumes.
Installations of Air conditioning and Energy metering systems. Medium-voltage electrical installation and Transformer Stations.
Control Electrical installation, Low Voltage Electrical Installation for air conditioning and trigeneration systems.
Civil works: Installation of acoustic treatments in mechanical rooms. Installation of gas and fire detection systems.
Installation of Centralised Technical Control and Management System with motor absorption and energy metering system integrations.
Electricity generation: 1 MW.
Heating through cogeneration/absorption: 530kW.
Trigeneration cooling through absorption. 946kW.
Power dissipation: 2,318kW.
A gas Cogeneration Motor of 1 MW of electricity generation.
Double effect absorption plant as water cooler and heater powered by exhaust gases.
Two power dissipation towers of the hybrid type with variable frequency drives.
