Refurbish the building at Calle Josefa Valcárcel 48 in Madrid

The building, owned by MERLIN Properties has a total area of 20,000 m2, distributed on a ground floor + 6 floors above ground and 2 underground floors for parking spaces. The aim is to obtain the Leed Platinum, Well Gold, Carbon Zero and Wiredscore certifications.

It will have extensive landscaped areas; panoramic terraces; a double-height atrium; auxiliary work spaces; and areas for recreation, restaurants and sports facilities.
