Eiffage Energía Sistemas is carrying out an ambitious project to modernise and improve Valencia Bullring, a historic and cultural landmark in the city. The project, commissioned by the Provincial Council of Valencia, aims to upgrade its facilities to improve the efficiency, safety and sustainability of the venue.
With a budget of more than €780,000, the project consists of completely replacing the existing lighting, both in the outer rings and in the inner arena, incorporating high-efficiency LED technology and an advanced regulating system to optimise energy consumption and improve light quality during events.
Main actions
- Comprehensive renovation of exterior and interior lighting with state-of-the-art LED solutions.
- Implementation of a specific control system for the arena lighting, allowing the light to be adjusted to the needs of each moment.
- Installation of a fire protection system, a key intervention following the recent fire in the NAIA 2 area.
- Reconstruction of the NAIA 2 roof, damaged after that incident.
- Restoration of the upper beam using specialised technical treatments.
- Refurbishment of the fences in the same area, improving safety and the overall condition of the premises.
These actions combine criteria of energy efficiency, safety and heritage enhancement, in line with Eiffage Energía Sistemas’ commitment to sustainability and innovation.
