Eiffage Energía Sistemas has once again signed up to the collaboration agreement promoted by the Castile-La Mancha Institute for Women together with companies and organisations for a society free from violence against women, reaffirming its commitment to equal opportunities, respect for fundamental rights and corporate social responsibility.

Objectives of the agreement
The agreement aims to develop awareness-raising measures for equality and the prevention of gender-based violence, as well as to improve the employability and job placement of women who are victims of gender-based violence, contributing to their personal and economic autonomy.
Awareness-raising and preventive measures
Within the framework of this agreement, Eiffage Energía Sistemas is to collaborate in the dissemination of awareness and prevention campaigns on gender violence promoted by the Women’s Institute of Castilla-La Mancha. These activities will be carried out both internally, aimed at its staff, and externally, involving suppliers, customers, business organisations, trade unions and other social stakeholders, as mutually agreed by the signatory parties.
Promotion of labour market integration
The agreement also provides for the promotion of job placements for unemployed women who are victims of gender violence, facilitating their recruitment through the region’s employment offices or through the direct management of job offers by the company.
