The headquarters of Eiffage Energía Sistemas in Spain hosted the Eiffage Group’s Encuentro País meeting, a strategic forum where the Group’s global vision is translated into clear, actionable priorities for Spain. Under the leadership of Benoît de Ruffray, Chairman and CEO of the Group, the event provided an opportunity to reinforce strategic objectives, share growth plans, and place employees at the core of the Group’s strategy.
This meeting brought together the Group’s main subsidiaries in Spain and their senior executives: José Manuel Martínez, CEO of Eiffage Energía Sistemas and Eiffage’s representative in Spain and Portugal, who hosted the event; Francisco José González, Managing Director of Eiffage Construcción; and Abelardo Sánchez, Managing Director of Eiffage Metal. Their participation was instrumental in aligning strategies, fostering synergies and highlighting the importance of TIM26 as a driver of shared growth.
During the event, the TIM26 programme was positioned as the central focus. Details of the scheme, its benefits, and its impact on employee engagement were presented by Sonia Chevalier, Head of Shareholder Relations at Eiffage, who emphasized that the programme not only strengthens employees’ connection to the Group, but also enables them to actively invest in a sustainable, shared future.
TIM26: commitment, belonging, and vision for the future
TIM26 was the central focus of the Encuentro País meeting, establishing itself as a key strategic tool that reinforces Eiffage’s shared growth model.
Beyond its financial advantages—offering an attractive subscription price and solid returns—the programme represents a way of directly involving the Group’s employees, enhancing their sense of belonging and aligning individual interests with collective objectives.
In this regard, the Encuentro País meeting conveyed a clear message: Eiffage’s growth is built on the active involvement of its teams.
Leadership in energy transition and infrastructure
During his speech, Benoît de Ruffray highlighted the Group’s position as a key player in the development of sustainable energy solutions and high-value-added infrastructure in Europe.
Eiffage continues to drive strategic projects in renewable energy, electricity grids, energy storage, construction, and major infrastructure, with a strong presence in markets such as Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.
This model is underpinned by the complementary nature of its activities and a growth strategy that combines organic development with the integration of new companies, guided at all times by sustainability and efficiency criteria.
A strategy backed by solid results
The Group continues to deliver strong performance, with growth in revenue, earnings and its order book, reinforcing confidence in its roadmap and medium- to long-term prospects.
In this context, Eiffage Energía Sistemas plays a key role as one of the Group’s main growth drivers.
Spain, a key market in the Group’s strategy
The choice of Spain as the venue for the Encuentro País meeting reflects the increasing importance of the Iberian market within the Group.
Under the leadership of José Manuel Martínez, Eiffage’s representative in Spain and Portugal and CEO of Eiffage Energía Sistemas, the Group continues to promote a growth model based on sustainability, innovation and talent development.
A shared project
The Encuentro País has reinforced a key message: Eiffage is moving forward with a solid strategy, clear leadership and a model that puts people at its core.
