At Eiffage Energía Sistemas four equality plans have been in place since 2011 to ensure that men and women have the same opportunities for access, participation, promotion, remuneration and job tenure in the group’s companies.
The Equality Plan is Eiffage Energía Sistemas‘s commitment to equal opportunities.
The main objective is to achieve equality between women and men and to eliminate any possible discrimination on the basis of gender. It also establishes the concrete objectives, the strategies and practices to achieve these, and the systems for monitoring and evaluating the goals.
