Eiffage Energía Sistemas renews its maintenance contract with IFEMA Ma-drid, extending the services it provides

Eiffage Energía Sistemas has renewed its maintenance contract with IFEMA Madrid, extending the services provided to this consortium made up of the Community of Madrid, Madrid City Council, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Montemadrid Foundation. Through this service, Eiffage Energía Sistemas carries out more than 20,000 connections a year, mainly electrical. With the renewal of this contract, electrical, water and compressed air connections and general maintenance have been included.

Client since 2007

Eiffage Energía Sistemas has been responsible for the maintenance of IFEMA Madrid since 2007. To do this, we have a multidisciplinary team that varies depending on the occupancy of the halls and the volume of connections to be made, reaching 40 technicians in large-scale events. These teams are made up of electrical/electronic specialists, plumbers and mechanics. The service is provided in 12 exhibition halls; the north convention centre; and the south office building, covering a total area of 700,000 m2 with 200,000 m2 of exhibition space.
