The Eiffage Group closed the 2025 financial year with sustained growth in its activity and a significant improvement in its profitability, consolidating its position as one of the leading European players in infrastructure, construction and energy services.
The Eiffage Group’s turnover reached €25.3 billion, an increase of 8.0% compared with 2024. Current operating profit stood at €2.6 billion (+5.3%), while net profit attributable to the Group amounted to €1.022 billion. In addition, free cash flow reached €2.1 billion, enabling a reduction in net financial debt of nearly €900 million.
The order book stands at €29.9 billion, reinforcing the visibility and solidity of the business for the coming years.
Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, a driver of growth
The Eiffage Énergie Systèmes division has been one of the main drivers of the financial year:
- €8.1 billion in turnover
- +11.8% growth (+3.4% comparable)
- Operating margin of 6.2%, an improvement on 2024
Growth was driven by the dynamism of European markets, particularly in Germany and Spain, where the division strengthened its position through strategic acquisitions and organic growth.
In Spain, the turnover of the Eiffage Energy Systems Group ( Eiffage Energía Sistemas ) was €1.259 billion, up 10.5% on 2024, consolidating its key role in the development of sustainable energy solutions and infrastructure.
Looking ahead to 2026, the Group expects a further improvement in its operating margin, driven largely by the positive performance of Eiffage Énergy Systèmes and a policy of selective and disciplined growth.
