To this end, we have launched the ‘Health Corner’ (Espacio Salud), a section designed to accompany and support everyone in the Group in looking after their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
This space brings together resources, advice and content on healthy lifestyle habits, based on materials provided by the Mapfre Foundation. Its aim is to offer practical and useful information to help incorporate small daily actions that can make a big difference to our health and quality of life.
In recent months, through the “Health Corner” we have addressed key topics for well-being. These include the importance of maintaining a balanced diet, incorporating physical activity into our daily routine, and the benefits of giving up smoking. Each of these habits helps to boost our energy levels, prevent illness and promote a healthier lifestyle.
We are now introducing a new key habit that is often overlooked, yet has a direct impact on our health and daily performance: sleeping well.
