The Board of Directors of Eiffage has presented the annual accounts for 2022. The results show a turnover of 20.319 billion euros, an increase of 8.5% compared to 2021.

In the energy systems sector, to which Eiffage Energía Sistemas belongs, the activity increased by 12% to 5.32 billion euros. Out of this turnover, more than 22% came from the international level, mainly Spain, Holland, Switzerland, Benelux and Germany. Strong growth was seen in these countries. The project portfolio reached 18.5 billion euros, an increase of more than 2 billion euros in one year, driven mainly by transport infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

The results show a solid financial position, with a further increase in free cash flow, solid cash flow in construction and an increase of 25 million euros of net financial debt compared to 2021, amounting to 271 million euros, due to significant growth investments.

“Our know-how and industrial capabilities in Belgium, Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, the United Kingdom and Portugal are a great way to leverage strong demand, especially in renewable energies” said Eiffage’s chairman and CEO, Benoît de Ruffray.
