Key milestones in 2025
The Eiffage Energía Sistemas Group closed 2025 with a solid balance sheet and operational activity reflecting the maturity of a business model committed to technical excellence, sustainability, and social impact. Key highlights of the financial year include:
- Revenue of €1,253 million, with a presence in 14 countries and a workforce of over 6,000 professionals.
- The delivery of 120,612 training hours, reflecting our commitment to professional development, safety, and talent.
- Achieving ISO 27001:2022 certification for our Information Security Management System, attesting to our commitment to data protection, risk management, and continuous improvement in an increasingly demanding digital environment.
- Recognition for Notifica, our corporate app for rapid incident reporting, awarded by Ibermutua at the 3rd Edition of the ‘Eladio González Malmierca’ Occupational Risk Prevention Awards.
Notable projects in 2025
The Group took a major step forward in energy storage with the execution of its first BESS project. Developed for ACCIONA Energía at the Extremadura I-II-III solar PV plant in Almendralejo (Badajoz), the system utilizes second-life electric vehicle batteries, combining energy efficiency and the circular economy in a single solution.
2025 also marked the completion of the Roig Arena in Valencia. Eiffage Energía Sistemas, alongside its subsidiaries Inelbo and SGAC, delivered the electrical and control installations for the venue, which consolidates its position as one of Europe’s premier multi-purpose venues.
Meanwhile, the Electromedicine Division surpassed 500,000 technical interventions in healthcare facilities, reinforcing the Group’s position as a benchmark operator in the maintenance of critical healthcare infrastructure.
Meeting climate targets
Sustainability remains one of the Group’s core strategic pillars. Throughout 2025, we continued to make progress toward achieving our environmental commitments, most notably:
- A 46% reduction in internal CO₂ emissions by 2030.
- A 45% reduction in the Lost-Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) by 2025, using 2018 as a baseline.
These commitments form part of a sustainability strategy aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and underpinned by the core values that define the Group: responsibility, integrity, excellence, and proximity.
